Friday, June 1

If you are an adult reading this then you survived high school, and you probably have some crazy stories! This is a night of those stories! A collection of Vancouvers best and brightest comedians will take the stage, and take a painful stroll down memory lane for your entertainment!
An absolute force of nature on stage, Simon King is the kind of dynamic, energetic and intelligent comedian that comes along perhaps once in a generation. With credits including: HBO, Just For Laughs, The Winnipeg Comedy Festival CBC, CTV, TBS, The Comedy Network and numerous television and radio appearances, Simon is a veteran comedian with experience performing around the world. A relentless energy, whip smart material and lightning quick wit that moves him seamlessly from written material to improvisation will win you over but his intelligent humour and incredible performance will show you why ROBIN WILLIAMS has called him a “Truly gifted comedian.”
A talented comedian who’s honed his craft touring all over the country. He’s appeared on Just for Laughs from Vancouver to Halifax, as well as CBC’s the Debaters. On top of that in his professional life John Cullen doubles as a high school teacher! Giving him a unique perspective for this show to be sure.
Growing up in Coquitlam, Jordan Ducharme always wanted to be a comedian. After arriving in Vancouver, he’s established himself as an up and coming talent in the city. Known for his dry wit and paced delivery and drawing on his experience as an amateur alcoholic, Jordan has produced multiple shows in Vancouver, including this one, and is a solid comic you should watch out for around town.
Hailing from Vancouver BC, Alex Biron’s comedy is honest and captivating. He uses a combination of one liners, stories, and impressions to describe life in the place he was born.
Alex also runs some very successful shows including “Notice Me” in east van, “Double Down” in North Van, and the popular Monday Open Mic at The Kino on Cambie. Don’t be surprised if you are pulled into the show during one of Alex’s sets because he’s honed his crowdwork skills while hosting some of the best rooms in town!
The freshmen on the line up, This young comic is able to get up all over the city and still make it on time to his home room class in the morning. While some comics look back over a decade on their high school experience this Sean will share stories about his weekend while eagerly awaiting puberty
Gina Harms is a comedian based in Vancouver. Gina can be seen on stages all over the city and is quickly becoming known as someone to watch in the Vancouver comedy scene. Gina has also trained in acting, improv, and sketch comedy.
Kody has been silly most his life. In the latter portion of his life, Kody has been silly on stage. His quick wit and unconventional insights into the kookiness of parenthood have led him to share the stage with some of the biggest names in Canadian Comedy. Just your average workin’ mom, Kody knows there’s different lightbulb brightnesses and only certain ones are appropriate for the living room.
Hailing from Boston and Philadelphia, John Guy imports his ‘no fucks given’ American attitude combined with smooth charisma and sharp style.
Prizes provided by show sponsors Pandora’s Locks Escape Room and The Vancouver Retro Video Game Expo.
