We are located in Mount Pleasant at 2755 Prince Edward Street. Our main entrance is located on Prince Edward Street with our exit on King Edwards.
We don’t allow illegal drugs, drug paraphernalia, spray paint, laser pointers, weapons of any kind (management reserves the right to define), vapor pens and smokeless cigarettes. Please use good judgment.

Set times are always at the discretion of the artists and are generally posted the day of or a few hours before the event in the event page and on our socials. Please note that set times are subject to change!
Will Call tickets are available for pick-up on the night of the show after doors open. Please be prepared to provide government-issued photo identification and the credit card that was used to purchase the tickets.
If you have hard tickets, you can do what you want with your tickets. If you want to transfer ownerships of tickets purchased online, please contact Admit One.

Shows at the Biltmore Cabaret are currently admitted as GA. We do have booths that line the edges of the venue as well as tables and chairs. The seating is available on a first come, first-served basis. The floor area is standing only.
Please note that the Biltmore Cabaret is not wheelchair accessible at this time due to the presence of stairs leading into the venue. We understand the importance of providing an inclusive environment and we deeply regret any limitations the building may pose. We do not have a dedicated space for parking however there is street parking available close to the venue.
Yes, we allow ins and outs – Please make sure to get the proper stamp from our Security Guards. No drinks are allowed to leave the building.

Photo policy is determined by the artist and is usually not determined until day-of-show. Typically, non-professional cameras (point and shoot and cellphones) are permitted. Do not bring professional photo or video equipment to the venue unless you have been given permission by the artist to do so. Complete the media request form in advance if you'd like to cover the show.

Yes, coats and bags can be checked at the entrance. Cost is $5 per item. Please expect a wait to retrieve your jacket when the show is over as it takes time to give out all the jackets and personal belongings.

We are a cashless venue
No, it is illegal to smoke anything inside the venue. If you violate this, you will be immediately escorted out of the building and not allowed back in. You will not get a ticket refund either. Please DO NOT smoke inside the venue!
